Ingredients
2 x 8g scoop Garden of Life Perfect Food RAW
1.5 x scoop vanilla protein powder (Jarrow Formulas, Thorne Research, Garden of Life) – adds flavour and substance
1 large banana (essential to balance the strong greens taste and add sweetness)
125g Red summer berries – frozen or fresh (frozen are much easier to keep! The red colour of the berries counters the green/brown of the perfect food).
250ml rice milk or koko dairy free coconut drink
1tbsp chia seeds (rich in omega-3 (optional)) – soaked overnight in a small amount of water
300 calories per serving
